As part of the conference, ELEMENT Commercial Director Armen Kurginyan together with Apple Consulting partners presented such a practical case as inventory management and a balanced approach to the assortment, which helped to reduce the percentage of lost sales as much as possible, given the company's experience in 2023. Having an optimal product stock and being able to manage it, in the company's opinion, is the basic school of future business.
