Sirca SpA was founded in 1973 and now occupies a leading position in the European market of wood coatings. Sirca belongs to a group of companies Polioli, producing raw materials for chemical products, resins, paint, adhesives and abrasives. Sirca Company presents its products on 18 regional warehouses; the share of exports is about 30 per cent.

Product’s range of Sirca includes all the necessary products for high quality finishing of furniture, doors, windows and other wood products:

• Dye-based solvents and water-based;
• Polyurethane (PU), primers and varnishes;
• Acrylic primers and paints;
• Polyester primers;
• Nitrocellulose (NC), lacquers and primers;
• Varnishes and UV drying soil — soil water-soluble paints.

At the same time, Sirca belongs to the group of companies; one firm of witch produces special types of raw materials for the manufacture of resins. Sirca SpA offers cycles of color “high-quality treatment” that provides durability of materials, resistance to mechanical, physical and chemical effects that usually influence woodwork of the room.

In laboratories SIRCA there was estimated the quality of all cycles of colors that are the most popular on the market, through a special test of lacquered samples, recommended in a new version of the Italian standard MU 1880 (Method 1880), created by UNICHIM in 2005.

Varnished furniture, held these cycles of painting, get more value, both qualitatively and commercial. As specified in the standard it can be labeled with inscription “furniture for kitchen / bathroom / living room and bedroom, according to standard MU 1880, which defines the minimum necessary Quality of varnished surfaces of wooden furniture for home use indoors”, made on the label or promotional and technical documents (technical map of the product).
