Company Silta Color is a representative of the paint plant JSC Emlak St. Petersburg, Russia on the territory of Ukraine. It has an in-depth specialization in the production of paints for the marine complex.
LMC factory Emlak is a leading manufacturer of materials for shipbuilding and ship repair. The company produces a full range of coatings that have passed the necessary certification and are authorized for use in any ship of unlimited area of navigation: a system of underwater depth, including anti-enamel corresponded to international requirements (do not contain tin organic), freeboard and a variable waterline area, superstructures, interiors (corresponding to class III risk incombustibility) skid deck, tanker heat for the oil tank with light and heavy petroleum products, cargo holds, including a special certificate of sanitation in contact with food, ballast tanks and containers with drinking water and etc.
The plant implemented the quality management system ISO 9001:2000, confirmed by two Russian (“Russian Register” and State standard), one Ukrainian (“Register of Shipping of Ukraine”) and two international (SAI Global and the IQ Net) classification organizations. Also CJSC Emlak has received the endorsement of the non-accrete model of covering “Emagard” of Register of Shipping of Ukraine and the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping, which is a mandatory requirement of international standards and satisfies the requirements of IMO IAFS Convention Annex (contains no tin organic compounds). Certification of RMRS and received approval on coverings used in the painting of ballast tanks, ship designs, interiors allows usage of CJSC Emlak not only in ship repair, but also in shipbuilding.
